Will my wood be ruined if it gets wet?
Sí se inundará por varios días quizás la madera adquiera humedad modificando su volumen, sin embargo al estar soportada por bastidores es muy difícil que esto suceda, ya la madera de teca con la que fabricamos nuestros productos está certificada FSC haciendo que sea la mejor para la intemperie ya que soporta lluvia y sol sin modificar su estructura.
What maintenance does the wood require?
To prevent it from turning gray, we recommend regularly cleaning the wood flooring with a damp cloth, especially after rain or watering, as the evaporating water leaves mineral salts deposited on the surface, causing the gray tones. Oil with berger oil for outdoor use every 6 months. If it has already turned gray, simply sand, polish, and oil, and your surface will look as good as new.
How long does the wood last?
We assure you that it will last at least 30 years, with regular cleaning and oiling maintenance.
Should I apply varnish or oil?
We recommend oiling your wood for outdoor use. You can varnish it when it's intended for indoor use.
How are the pre-assembled products joined?
We use automotive-grade galvanized screws (tested for 250 hours in a salt spray chamber), so they do not corrode or rust.
Is the wood environmentally friendly?
All our teak wood is FSC certified, meaning it is validated by international bodies as being legally and responsibly grown, harvested, and traded with environmental consciousness.
Is Maderas Finas socially responsible?

Most of our products are do-it-yourself (DIY), practical, and easy to install, and our distributors can provide guidance.
